WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE (WHY)?

Purpose : To be able to manage orders/purchases.

Storage period: Until the purchase has been completed (including delivery and payment) and for a period of 36 months thereafter in order to be able to handle any complaints and warranty matters.

If you have registered for our newsletter in connection with a purchase, we process your Personal Data to manage and send you the newsletter. A personal data processor is a company that processes the information on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have personal data assistants who help us with:

Analysis of biological material

By submitting your sample, you agree that the biological material in the sample (DNA, RNA or proteins) may be analysed. The sole purpose of the analysis is to provide you with the information described in the product documentation. The submitted sample is destroyed after two weeks.

Cancel subscription

We use the email address you provide us to send you information and updates regarding your order, occasional newsletters, related product information, etc. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you will find unsubscribe information at the end of each email. - mail message.
