Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, and payment.
Payment terms are indicated at checkout depending on the selected payment method. Shipping to submit the test for analysis to our laboratory is also included in the price.

At checkout you can choose between the payment methods invoice, partial payment, card payment, direct payment through Klarna or Paypal.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the day you received the item.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first contact us via e-mail (support@dynamiccode.com) for instructions. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Complaint

If you have received a broken or mis-shipped item, keep the item and please contact us within 14 days, with information about the error, item number and your order number. We apply the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) right of complaint, which gives you as a customer the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years, but the complaint must be made within a reasonable time.

A complaint is always replaced in the first place by a new product. If this option cannot be offered, we apply full right of return.

In the case of complaints, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied and in the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and the EU's Online Dispute Resolution .

Your privacy

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data and in connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.

Deliveries

All of our products are in stock and will be shipped no later than the next business day after the order has been received by us. They are sent in discreet packages (white envelopes) to the specified address.

If you have not received your delivery 14 days after ordering, you need to contact us at support@dynamiccode.com.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150

Repayment obligation

We shall, if you have exercised your right of cancellation, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
